Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to contribute to the development and deployment of technology to support data harmonization and curation, predictive modeling, and other software-focused tasks supporting biopharma and life sciences customers.
Qualified candidates will:
- Perform requirements analysis, system architecture design, and implement new features across our software stack
- Improve, deploy, and maintain infrastructure to ingest and process customer data
Requirements:
- U.S. citizenship required due to federal contract requirements
- Experience designing and debugging local and cloud-based workflows
- Scaling up prototypes and proofs-of-concept to production-level systems
- Maintaining and updating deployed systems while supporting existing functionality
- Ability to pivot within a multi‑contract environment, shifting between project scopes and client requirements, as needed
- Travel as needed up to 10%, typically in the DC or MA Metro areas, will mostly work from home, but may be required onsite at HQ, as requested
- Bachelor’s degree or 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
Employment Category, Compensation Range, and Benefits:

- Compensation is commensurate with qualifications and experience

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for prolonged periods, up to 100% of the workday
- Frequently required to move about the office and meeting rooms, as needed
- Constantly operates a computer, keyboard, and other office productivity machinery, as needed
- Ability to communicate and collaborate both verbally and in writing to exchange accurate information with clients and coworkers
- Requires close visual acuity to perform tasks such as viewing a computer monitor, preparing and analyzing data
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs, as needed
