Job Summary: Step into the field with Kemper Sports to manage a dynamic 120-acre environment. This role is a direct pathway into the science of agronomy, combining outdoor hands-on work with technical skills in irrigation technology, soil science, and equipment repair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain landscapes and support daily golf course operations.
  • Develop practical skills in plant and soil science and irrigation technology.
  • Master equipment operation, repair, and calibration.
  • Apply mathematical skills to budgeting and resource management.

Learning Outcomes & Credentials:

  • Paid OJT: 450+ hours of hands-on outdoor experience.
  • Certification: SFMA Turfgrass Science Certification.
