Supporting our important mission to advance mental health and self-care awareness for teens and adults, we are looking for energetic individuals that are passionate about helping others and are comfortable engaging with teenagers. This role will work with our engagement team in Prince George’s County high schools to promote the core concepts of mental wellness and self-care through the roll out of our Prosper app as part of our contract with the State of Maryland to improve youth social emotional learning (SEL). 

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with key high school staff to build trust and establish communications and access
• Schedule and attend in-school events including lunches, presentations, wellness classes, and other school opportunities throughout the month to promote the importance of self-care and wellness, supported by the Prosper app
• Collect feedback from students and school staff on the impact and value of Prosper to the broader mission of improving wellness and mental health on the school campus
• Support the promotion of Prosper by attending health and wellness fairs and similar events in the Maryland area
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and analytics, to ensure Prosper is meeting the needs of the students and staff engaged.
• Report to Uneo Health on a weekly basis engagement metrics for the prior week as well as activities planned.
• Ensure all required background checks for the customers are completed and current.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills are important, Spanish language proficiency is also a priority for one of the two open positions.
• Experience in the healthcare or digital health industry is a plus.

Conditions of Employment

• You must be authorized to work in the United States
• College degree in digital marketing and/or communications is preferred
• Travel within Prince George’s County is required; Travel within Calvert County may be preferred depending on the candidate
• Applicants will be required to pass a background check as a condition of employment with Uneo Health as well as through Prince George’s County Public School System (PGCPS) and/or Calvert County Public Schools (CCPS)
• Applicants must comply with Uneo’s policies and procedures and always adhere to all confidentiality, HIPAA, and FERPA requirements in all ways with respect to the Prosper platform

Compensation: 

• Hourly rate will be based on the candidate’s experience, ranging between $20 to $30 per hour.
